➡️ Commençons / Mettons les choses en route

Meaning: Start the meeting or a project.


2.  On the same page

➡️ Être sur la même longueur d’onde

Meaning: To agree or have the same understanding.



3.  In the loop

➡️ Être dans la boucle

Meaning: Be informed or included in ongoing discussions.


4. Touch base

➡️ Prendre contact / Faire un point rapide

Meaning: Make brief contact or check in with someone.


5.   Think outside the box

➡️ Penser en dehors des sentiers battus

Meaning: Be creative; come up with unconventional ideas.


6. Take it offline

➡️ En discuter hors réunion / en privé

Meaning: Handle a discussion outside the meeting, later or separately.


7. Circle back

➡️ Revenir sur un sujet plus tard

Meaning: Return to a previous topic or follow up later.



8. Back to the drawing board

➡️ Repartir de zéro / Revoir le plan

Meaning: Start again after a failure or issue.


9. Move the goalposts

➡️ Changer les règles du jeu en cours de route

Meaning: Change expectations or objectives unfairly.


10. The bottom line

➡️ L’essentiel / Le point clé

Meaning: The most important point or final result.

  Present continuous We use present continuous to talk about action in progress. That means right now , at the moment ,happening around now, temporary situationsand future arrangements. Rule - S ubject +is/are/am +verb (ing) Examples- I am writing a previous report. She is working on a new project. They are observing the machines. People are using more AI these days. Type Structure Examples Affirmative + Subject+am/is/are+verb (ing) I am preparing the monthly report. He is meeting a client right now.
